1.Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 7:00 pm (GMT+12) are typically processed and dispatched within our standard handling timeframe.

Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days
All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, and local conditions.

3. Shipping Exceptions & Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Public holidays and peak shipping periods
- Deliveries to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or remote locations
- Local courier service disruptions
- Customs inspections or clearance procedures
Such delays do not constitute delivery failure.
4. Discreet Packaging & Fulfilment
Your privacy is a priority.
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging, free of external branding, logos, or product descriptions.
Depending on inventory availability, orders may be fulfilled from our USA or Mainland China warehouses.
If an order contains multiple items with differing attributes (such as liquid products, electronic devices, or apparel), items may be shipped in separate discreet packages to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
5. Undelivered or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our Customer Care team promptly.
We will initiate an investigation with the courier, which may include delivery confirmation records or photographic evidence.
Non-delivery enquiries must be submitted within one month (30 days) of dispatch.
ZEROONE cannot be held responsible for parcels confirmed as successfully delivered but subsequently lost or stolen. For enhanced security, we recommend selecting signature-required delivery where available.
7. Customs & International Shipping
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import regulations, duties, taxes, or clearance procedures imposed by the destination country.
While we take every care to ship orders discreetly and efficiently, customs processes are governed by local authorities and are beyond our control.
In the event that a shipment is delayed, restricted, confiscated, or not released by customs authorities, refunds or reshipments are not available.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products comply with local import regulations. We recommend reviewing applicable customs policies prior to placing an order.
