4. Product Exchanges

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, exchanges are only accepted in the following circumstances:

  • You receive an incorrect item due to our error
  • The exchange is required under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trade Act

Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications carefully before placing an order, as exchanges based on personal preference or sizing are not accepted.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, returns for change of mind are not accepted. Returns may be available for verified manufacturing faults or other circumstances required by law.

6. Faulty Product Resolution

If you believe you have received a faulty product, please follow these steps:

  • Confirm batteries are correctly inserted and fully charged (if applicable)
  • Review the usage instructions provided with the product

If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, providing:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos demonstrating the fault (where possible)

We may request that the product be returned for inspection. If the fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement of the same model. If the same product is unavailable, a store credit of equal value will be issued.

 

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible with your order number.

A cancellation fee of up to 30% may apply to cover processing and handling costs. Shipping fees will be refunded if the order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

 

8. Product Warranty

Products are covered by a 31-day warranty from the date of purchase, unless a longer manufacturer’s warranty applies.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to:

  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Accidental damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Water damage (unless explicitly stated as waterproof)

If a product cannot be repaired or replaced with the same model, a comparable product or store credit may be provided at our discretion. Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law.
